   These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MotoScrape website and the purchase of products from our online store.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
   We sell physical goods, including primarily 3D printed items and other products.

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

Products may have minor visual differences (layer lines, slight imperfections)
Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images
These are not considered defects.

3. Orders
   When you place an order:

You agree that all information provided is accurate
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors, fraud suspicion, or stock issues
You will receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Payments
   All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT (if applicable).

Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce Payments (Stripe).
We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery
   Orders are processed within 5 business days
   Delivery times depend on your location and courier
   We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
   Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
   Standard Products
   You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

You must return the item unused and in original condition.

Custom / 3D Printed Products
According to EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products made to order
Customized or personalized items
Most 3D printed products may fall under this category.

7. Returns and Refunds
   Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect returned items
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective)
   Refunds are processed using the original payment method
8. Defective or Damaged Products
   If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Contact us within 14 days
Provide photos if requested
We will offer:

Replacement, or
Refund

9. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Improper use of products
Normal wear and tear
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website (images, text, designs) is the property of MotoScrape and may not be used without permission.
11. Privacy
    Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
13. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
